NEW YORK TNT has bought the exclusive rights to reruns -- and the Web site -- of Eyemark Entertainment's "The Psi Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal," triggering a rare alliance among TV syndication, cable TV and the Internet. It's also the first such sale involving a show and Web site.

The PsiFactor.com Web site has attracted enough fans of the TV series to embolden Eyemark to create prize promotions tied to the Internet that have reinforced the loyalty of the show's small audience base.
